Orders & Returns
To place a delivery order on our website site, start by adding products to your cart. Browse the website, click “Add to Cart” for desired products, and view your cart to confirm your selections.
Then, proceed to checkout by clicking the corresponding button and review your cart contents and totals.
Next, enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery method, such as shipping or pickup. Choose your desired delivery date and time, and check availability and schedule. After that, pay for your order by entering your payment information, such as credit card or PayPal details, and review and confirm your order totals.
Finally, review your order summary and details, and confirm your order placement. You will then receive an email or on-screen confirmation, and you can review your order status and tracking information.
Please email orders@thegrandsouq.com immediately before delivery. We do not accept cancellation after 24hours.
No you do not, but we do advice that you create an account to qualify for coupons during sales period.
1. We accept returns only for damaged items or items that are not as described in the order.
2. Returns must be initiated within 2days of delivery.
3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with proof of damage or discrepancy.
4. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
5. Refunds will be processed within5-7 days of receiving the returned item.
6. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
